Return & Exchange Policy

We really appreciate you shopping with Mint Racks and hope you love everything you bought from us! But if it just didn't work out for some reason, we'll make it right. We offer free returns with a full refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange your Mint Racks gear for any reason, please visit our returns and exchanges portal below:

  • To get started, make sure you have your order number and original email address / phone number. You can find your order number in your confirmation email or at the top right of your packing slip (e.g.MINT-12345). 
  • All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date and items must be in their original un-used condition. Apparel must be un-washed, un-worn, with original tags.

Exchanges 

  • We will gladly exchange unwashed, unworn apparel with hang tags still attached for another size or color of the same item (ex: MintMan Shirt for another MintMan Shirt).
  • All racks can be exchanged for a different size, color, or other variation of the same rack. (ex: Stoke Stand for a Stoke Stand Mini).
  • When an exchange has been initiated, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email.
  • Once your carrier scans the Mint Racks provided shipping label, your new order will be prepared for shipment. This typically occurs within 24 hours of dropping your package off with the carrier.
  • All exchanged items ship for free to US-based addresses.


Returns 

  • All returns must be initiated via the link above. 
  • We will gladly accept unwashed, unworn apparel items with hang tags still attached for store credit or a full refund.
  • We will gladly accept unused, unassembled racks or rack accessories for store credit or a full refund.
  • Follow the steps to obtain a return authorization and a prepaid return label. 
  • Once a return has been initiated, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email.
  • When your return arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect the returned item and issue a refund or store credit assuming the item is not damaged or worn in any way. Refunds will be reflected on the original form of payment within 1–2 business days following approval from our warehouse team . 


Refund & Credits 

  • Refunds and credits will be applied to the original method of payment upon receipt of all items and confirmation of like-new condition.
  • The typical turnaround time for processing refunds and credits is 1–2 business days once we receive and approve the returned item(s).
  • Initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless an item arrived damaged or defective.
  • If we are unable to exchange or repair an item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue you a gift card or store credit.

Can't be the best at everything.

We think our stuff is pretty sweet. But if we missed on something, let us have it. We can take it. Truly, we value your feedback. And if it's something we can improve on or make right somehow, we will. We're good listeners.
